Overview:

The principal architect has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors of the development industry.   Upon graduating with his graduate degree he joined a large full-service design firm where he was trained in all disciplines relating to building design and construction.    Having a full understanding of all the building components and systems has provided a comprehensive knowledge base that benefits each and every project.    This is because the project is designed with all the necessary components being integrated as a complete and intentional coordinated construct rather than addressing the design needs of the project in a sequential fashion which dilutes the original design concept.   As a result, every project is infused with the three principles that define architectural theory:  utility, firmness, and delight.
