  • Deer Creek Maintenance Facility,  Deerfield Beach, Florida. Owner Representative  Maintenance compound for an existing operating golf course.  Project consists of 3 new buildings with related lawn care equipment.   $1,250,000 total cost.  Completed 2009.
  • Ross Residence, Loxahatchee, Florida,  Architect, Planning, & Interior Design – 5,000 SF CBS two story home.  Home features central living space with double height great room and gorgeous outdoor views.   5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, & luxurious 800 SF Terrace.  $350,000 construction cost.   Completed 2007
  • West Port Shoppes, Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Owner Representative.  12,000 SF CBS center for Panda Express, Chipotle, & Vitamin Shoppe, and $1,500,000 construction cost including 3 build-outs.  Completed 2009.                        
  • Deer Creek Restaurant,   Deerfield Beach, Florida.   Architect & Interior Design – 3,300 SF Renovation of existing restaurant.  Include double height bar space with full perimeter clerestory.   Complete interior rework of all finishes and lighting fixtures.   $80,000 total cost.  Completed in 2010.
  • Remax Realty, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Architect & Interior Design – 1,400 SF class “A” office build-out for real estate client.   2 executive offices, 2 conference rooms, break room, and lobby.   $50,000 total cost.  Completed 2011.
  • Rusty Pelican, Key Biscayne Florida, Architect – 38,000 SF renovation of historic restaurant & banquet facility with amazing views of the Miami Downtown Skyline from its perch on a peninsula island.  Project includes complete exterior and interior renovation along with building addition.  The vista patio is protected by tension cable awning system along with decorative string lighting in an effort to discourage intrusion of aviary friends.   Building consists of VIP dining, lounge, upper/lower dining to offer complete 280 degrees of beautiful views.   $7,200,000 total cost.   Completed 2011.
  • Deer Creek Club – Biscayne Room,  Deerfield Beach, Florida.   Architect, Planner, & Interior Design – 2,100 SF renovation of existing banquet room.   Scope includes complete replacement of existing suspended ceiling with a new drywall tray ceiling with trim molding and ornate decorative elements.   Interior surfaces were completely updated along with reconfiguration of a nearby service area to promote greater functionality and access throughout the entire facility.  $140,000 total cost.  Completed in 2011.
  • National Constructors Headquarters, Miramar, Florida.   Architect – 3,000 SF class “A” office space.  Build-out includes double height entry foyer with ADA lift and executive mezzanine space.   Conference rooms, break room, print/copy, exec offices, and lobby.   $33,000 construction cost.  Completed 2012
  • Metro PCS, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Architect – 1,200 SF sales floor and supporting office/storage space.   Custom display cabinets.   $30,000 total cost.   Completed 2010.
  • Deer Creek Club – Key West Room, Deerfield Beach, Florida.    Architect, Planner,& Interior Design – 4,500 SF Banquet Hall Reconstruction.  Complete demolition of existing banquet facility while maintaining full operation of adjacent kitchen and space throughout the entire construction effort.  New Banquet room consists of 18 foot tray ceilings with beautiful woodwork and interior trim detailing.   Room consist of impact resistant 14′ high storefront offering first class views of a beautifully landscaped golf course and resort style water fall.   The ultimate facility for hosting the most breathtaking of wedding & festive functions.   $1,000,000 total cost.   Completed 2012.
  • Glades Storage Building 8, Boca Raton, Florida.  Architect – 49,000 SF self storage facility.   Two story CBS building with 2 interior vehicle loading/unloading zones.    $1,400,000 construction cost.   In Construction, projected completion date of November 2013
  • Sunshine Storage Buildings 3 & 6, Boca Raton Florida.  Architect – two single story self-storage facilities.   Building construction is a combination of CBS and pre-engineered roofing system.   $650,000 total cost.   In permitting.
  • Deer Creek Patio Expansion, Deerfield Beach, Florida.   Architect & Planner – 1,200 SF conversion of outdoor dining area into interior expansion of adjacent restaurant.  Space to include collapsing storefront system for “convertible” style building envelope to allow for both air-conditioned and naturally ventilated space for the optimum dining experience.   $120,000.   In production.
  • TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, Lake Worth, Florida. Architecture – Combo Store, Project consists of an approx. 10,000 SF addition to existing shell.  Includes full interior conversion of from Publix supermarket to a 60,000 SF TJX store.
  • City Infill Housing Project, Architecture – City of WPB, 6 model homes 1,200-2,200 SF single and two-story CBS homes intended for low income housing.  Available in 3 architectural styles with varying options.
  • Town Centre, Architecture, Planning, & Interior Design – Boynton Beach, Florida.  Mixed Use Approx 350,000 SF of new CBS construction.   Project consists of 9 retail buildings, 5- story 80 unit condo, 3 mixed-use buildings, 3 level parking garage, & 18-unit rental apartment building.  approx. $40,000,000 construction budget.
  • School Library, Architecture, Planning, & Interior Design – Lake Wales, Florida.  Single story library/media center for special education students.  Project consists of vaulted wood truss ceilings bearing on CBS construction, 6,000 SF building.
  • Florida East Coast Regional Planning Council, Architecture & Interior Design – Stuart, Florida.  1,200 SF addition to existing clay building.  Project includes full interior redesign of tenant space.
  • Business Development Board, City of WPB,  Florida.  14,000 SF class “A” renovation project for corporate offices in downtown WPB.
  • Lot 21, Boynton Beach, Florida. 30,000 SF tilt-up 2-story office building.
  • Roofing Supply Company, Broward County, Florida.  Exterior renovations to existing CBS shell and new tenant interior work to 80,000 SF warehouse.  Project includes truck wells and truck ramps.
  • Electrical Contractor Headquarters, Port St Lucie, Florida.  22,000 SF tilt-up warehouse with an 8,000 SF executive office component.  $2,000,000 construction cost.
  • Boca Multi-Purpose Building,  Boca Raton, Florida.  23,000 SF Banquet Hall, full size commercial kitchen and office spaces.
  • Community Bank, City of West Palm Beach, Florida 30,000 CBS office building with drive-thru.
  • Building Products Warehouse, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Shell alteration to existing tilt-up warehouse, includes truck wells, ramps, and a 14,000 SF interior office build-out.
  • High End Residential Development,  Broward County, Florida.  18-unit and 13-unit luxury condo buildings over parking garage.  The buildings are located on opposite sites of A1A facing both the intercostal and the ocean.
  • Boynton Villas, Boynton Beach, Florida. 234 unit apartment development in Boynton Beach, Florida consisting of 5 Unit types in one 18-unit approximately 20,000 square feet building type.
  • Police Station,  City of Sebastian, Florida.  CBS addition to existing facility.  Approx. 15,000 SF.
  • City Hall, Construction Admin.  City of Sebastian, Florida.  34,000 SF CBS construction. 
  • Retail Center on Southern Blvd, Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida.  2,300 LF of renovation work to shopping center consisting of facade reconstruction and decorative towers.   Project also included two new stand alone tilt-up buildings approx 20,000 SF each, one with a drive thru for bank tenant.   $8,000,000 construction cost.
  • Office Supply Store, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.  New tilt-up building, Shoppes at 441, 20,000 SF of new construction.
  • Boca Raton Retail Center,  Palm Beach County, Florida. Shopping Center Renovation. Structural renovations and alterations to steel building. Approx.  7 towers and 2,000 LF of renovation and alteration work.
  • Manufacturing Warehouse, Rivera Beach, Florida.  32,000 SF.  Alteration and retrofit of an existing metal Bldg, to allow for individual sale of unit. Consisted of interior build-out and exterior structural modification of shell.
  • Aircraft Manufacturing, Palm Beach County, Florida.  30,000 SF interior build-out for “clean room” environment for parts assembly and testing.
  • Village Square, Delray Beach, Florida.  A Condominium / Town Home community  consisting of a condominium building and three townhouse building types with two unit plans. There are 335 units ranging from 900 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. air conditioned.
  • Courthouse Restoration, Demo. City of West Palm Beach, Florida.  Selective demolition of existing building to remove addition to original courthouse building.
  • Aircraft Hangar, Brooksville, Florida.  Design and construction of 14,000 SF pre-engineered metal building.
  • Fire Station, Palm City, Florida.  12,000 CBS building.  Includes vehicle storage garage, hazmat, and dormitories.
