In order to find success in the restaurant business you need great food, service, and ambiance. The food and the service is up to the restauranteur but the ambience will come from careful planning and great design. In this project, Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne, we have used tensile structures for both canopy and guardrail which allows for unrestricted views of the Miami skyline leading to a breathtaking outdoor dining experience.
